The chocolate chip-flavored ZBaR has miniature chocolate chips mixed inside and a light drizzle of chocolate on the outside, making this bar a decadent snack and a healthy answer to those chocolate cravings. Biting into the bar, I experienced a texture reminiscent of moist oatmeal cookies. The occasional chocolate chip dissipated quickly from the heat of my tongue, leaving my senses satisfied. Overall, the chocolate chip ZBaR looks and tastes almost like a chocolate chip cookie. With 11 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and 24 grams of total carbohydrates, the ZBaR shares the same nutritional composition of most major granola bars—not unhealthy but still not better than plain fruit.
